That was from himself, again. Leo did some further tapping away on the screen, before giving Usagi a thumbs up. Oh. Hold on, alien signs again. More typing... then the helpful monotonous chime returned.
"Means good now. Again?"
Configuring this was going to be... slow. If Leo could only get a hold on a mystic item, maybe they could get around this entire issue? That sounded like the best idea. That is, right under 'actually sending him back where he came from'. Leo mentally went "why didn't I think that first", knowing full well the answer to that question. Fascination, that he really needed to calm down. And those muscles that are somehow toned even with fur.
Finding a translator artifact was less issue than that he would have to decide between leaving Usagi alone at the lair to his own devices or taking the guy with him to the Hidden City; neither option sounded like it would be smooth sailing.
Man, he really thinks too much. He'll ask that after he his guest is fully dry. Leo tentatively takes one of the towels by him and waits for some kind of confirmation from Usagi if he actually wants more help. As his brain rushes to do more ridiculous aerobics, he makes another scrunched up face of disgust at his own hesitation and weakness. It's just hospitality, don't overthink it!!! Poor Usagi and his blissful confusion.
The upraised thumb is weird. Usagi just frowns, trying to figure out what's going on. Apparently this box (full of spirits or not) was still not doing a good job translating everything that was being said. Some of the words were a bit strange, too. He scratches at his chin in thought.
"What's good now? Again? I don't understand..."
Usagi sounds (and looks) more than a little frustrated. He gets brought to... where ever this is and they don't even speak his language! He's still frowning in thought when he notices that Leo is sort of... awkwardly waiting. Hmm. He offers a shrug.
That's a yes right? Thank god shrugs are universal. Well, here we go. Leo takes one of Usagi's shoulders for support and starts circles from the back with the other hand. One of his hobbies was that he's pretty good at massaging, and while this isn't quite that, it's still a bit of second nature for him to check any small signs if the pace and pressure he's at are comfortable.
Absently, he notes that he and his own brothers are naked at most times; it really is a silly thing about how they cheat with their own shells then scream in horror about seeing their dad in his underwear. But again, that's his own father, and Usagi's a hot stranger.
They're both barely dressed teen boys with one helping the other dry off. Really did skip a bunch of steps here in familiarity. The absurdity of it all is turning it into a funny thing. Leo doesn't manage to stop himself from chuckling, and when Usagi, probably, glances over as a result, he'll just smile and give another thumbs up.
Maybe one way or other, he'll get the meaning anyway!
Oh! Well, he hadn't expected things to get... quite that close so quickly, but he supposes that the turtle can help out. Although fair play, they are both pretty much stripped down to nothing at this point. Wait, did the turtle usually wear anything? He wasn't sure. Whatever. Not the important part, even if he does turn his gaze 'skyward' - or at least toward the ceiling.
What a strange place.
The chuckle draws his attention back, even as he works on wringing his fur out. He's almost dry by now (thanks to Leo, really) and he half turns his head to look at him. There's that thumb gesture again. Usagi wrinkles his nose and then imitates it with a confused shrug. Is that good? The turtle smiles when he uses it, so it must mean something good.
"I think I'm mostly dry now. Thank you."
Although that still leaves his clothes. He pushes to his feet and turns to face Leo with a confused frown.

The faster he gets dry, the better.

"Where are we?"
That is the important part.
